Carolyn’s Current Projects in the Mix:

As a nutrition consultant, I am currently the Nutrition Advisor to Delta Air Lines responsible for streamlining the airline’s special meal offerings for inflight services worldwide.  An industry first, this new plan reduces costs, improves meal quality and updates special meals to current dietary standards.

As onscreen talent and would-be actor I can also be seen dressed in a blue gown and a tiara on the Food Network and the Cooking Channel as the “Lady of the Refrigerator” on Alton Brown’s multi-award winning TV series, Good Eats. On the show I regularly appear inside Alton’s refrigerator to espouse wisdoms on food and nutrition.
